Marathon Warehouse Distribution has expanded its Solid Auto specialist range of components for Japanese and Korean vehicles in its role as a national same day supplier.

The company holds in stock Solid’s range of clutches, braking, filtration, timing belt kits and steering & suspension at all 12 of its strategically located distribution centres as well as the National Distribution Centre at Redditch.

Marathon provides motor factors with a frequent same day (up to 8 times daily), delivery service in areas accounting for more than 60 percent of the UK’s total population. The warehouse distributor also offers a next day parcel service to factors in all other areas.

Marathon’s strengths are in its range and depth of stock, combined with its logistics capability that provides the day to day support factors need, ensuring that they are still able to fulfill their customers same day requirements for the increasing amount of slow moving part numbers that a motor factor cannot justify carrying. Marathon’s product range continues to develop and it offers factors a ‘One Stop Shop’ for all of their needs outside of their own stock ranges.
